Tessa Gay, 35, is also alleged to have played sexually charged game of ping pong with another teen where the winner allowed to intimately touch the loser.
Gray, a mother of one, is said to have admitted to the underage sex charges when interviewed by police.

But she pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges when she made her first court appearance.
The charges carry a maximum sentence of 80 years.
According to an arrest warrant Gray told police she got 'caught up in everything' and knew it was wrong to have sex with high school boys.
Investigators said Gray had her first affair with a 15-year-old who was friends with her teenage daughter.
The boy told police he had sex more than 20 times with Gray after first visiting her home in Oshkosh, Oklahoma in December.
The teen said Gray's daughter was not at home when he called round for sex sessions.
A second victim aged 16 told police he and Gray had sex on multiple occasions over a two month period from March to May of this year.
The third victim, who was only 14-years old, told police he played a sexually themed game of ping pong with Gray.
The teenager said the winner of the games was allowed to touch the loser. The boy said there was no other contact.
Gray pleaded not guilty to felony counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and second degree sexual assault of a child, and three misdemeanor counts of sex with a child less than 16 years old.
She was released on $2500 bond.
